Settings
Settings is where a team is shaped — its framework, members, ticket source, look, and AI behavior — and where org-wide options like holidays and plan live.
Team settings
Open a team’s settings from the team selector to configure:
| Tab | What it controls |
|---|---|
| General | Team name, optional sub-name (shown on reports), color, Agile Framework (Scrum/SAFe vs Kanban), and the Kanban Service Level Expectation (SLE) in days. |
| Members | The team roster used for assignees, capacity, and breakdowns. |
| Data Source | Connect an APM tool (Jira, Azure DevOps, and others) so tickets sync automatically, or work fully manually. |
| Theme | Per-team visual theme. |
| AI | AI behavior for the team's standup, patterns, and coaching surfaces. |
The framework choice is the big one — it’s what flips the whole app between Scrum vocabulary/metrics and Kanban flow windows, as covered back in Teams, Sprints & PIs.
Organization settings
Org-level options apply across every team — most notably the holiday calendar, which feeds capacity for all teams at once, and the organization’s plan.
On the Demo account: profile, password, and billing changes are intentionally disabled, so you can open these screens and look around but nothing you change there will be saved.
That’s the tour. From day-to-day tracking in WIP to the coaching lenses in Patterns to a shareable report, AgileNotes is designed to turn the ceremonies you already run into a memory the whole team can act on. Open the app and give it a try.
