Notes & Ceremonies
The Notes view is your sprint memory — capturing the blockers, decisions, risks, and observations that surface in planning, standups, refinement, review, and retro. Notes also feed the metrics and the AI coaching.
Note types

The counts of unresolved blocker, risk, and dependency notes flow straight onto the Dashboard tiles, so keeping notes current keeps the metrics honest.
Filtering & resolution
- Use the filter chips to view notes by type; the badges show how many of each exist.
- Toggle Show Resolved to include or hide resolved notes — resolved notes display with strikethrough.
Adding a note
- Click + Add Note, or press Ctrl+Q anywhere for Quick Capture.
- Choose the note type and, optionally, link it to a ticket.
- Press Ctrl+S to save.
Risk and blocker notes don’t just sit in a list — AgileNotes promotes them into first-class, tracked items that the Patterns view and coaching lenses reason about.
